These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
